But then again I have had all my information with me already and copies of any bills that have problems to hand over to them. Didnt think it was their job to do all the work and then just sit back and wait for an answer. Its amazing what you can get done when you dont go in there witha chip on your shoulder try it next time pal. Yeah also call before you do something stupid if you dont know call first to find out.
