Circuit 6 should be very happy with the new appointment of their Circuit Operations Manger Matthew Sampson. I have had the privilledge of working with Matt for several years now. He is a shinning example of a supervisor that officers can really get behind. His management style is one that allows officers to flourish under his supervision. He supports the people he supervises and treats them like true professionals. We will greatly miss him in Circuit 2.

I have to agree, he is one of the best supervisors in the circuit, he will be missed

It is about time that they start promoting leaders instead of bureacrats!

Then it's too bad he's now working under a power hungry tyrant. I hope he isn't disillusioned by David Rice and will continue to be a backer of the field staff

He went to Region took David's place as Region Operations manager.

Dave Rice needs to retire, he has worked here long enough. He has to be as old as the dinosaurs!
