Commercial Vehicle Traffic Enforcement

Hopefully someone can help me. I am currently in the SPI class taking place at Broward Community College. My staff study is going to be on Commercial Vehicle Enforcent. So far your agency is the only one I have found with a Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit. Do you have a name, a e-mail or phone number of someone who may be able to give me some information on this specialized unit. Any help would be appreciated. We do not have any such unit. We only have a handful of officers that took a two day course to do basic inspections. The only agency down here that has full certified CVSA officers is City of Doral Police. If you need anymore infor call Sgt S Sante at 305-715-5000. Take care.

And I wish the county would put together such a unit.. could make enough $ to pay for itself..

That would make too much sense. Like having only one DUI squad that has the weekends off. This dept needs a giant overhaul from to bottom up.
