Another ped gets hit!?

Another ped accident!? What the heck is going on? Its like there is one everyday. I'm starting to think people are just starting to walk across the busiest streets on purpose just so they get hit. They probably think its the closest thing to suicide so why not? I can't believe how ridiculous its getting to be. Am I the only one that thinks this?

nope, you are noticing correct. in fact, tampa bay was just rates as the worst highways in the county for pedestrians with the highest fatal rate. On a side note, I heard from a traffic guru the state is funneling money to the pd to overtime pedestrian details (coming soon) it is so bad.
