ZEPHYRHILLS — A 29-year-old woman is accused of dumping a pot of boiling water on a man during an argument in her house.

Fania Robinson, a nail technician who has "Sweetie" tattooed on her chest, told officers she was cooking on the stove Feb. 15 when she became angry with the man, according to a report by the Zephyrhills Police Department. She threw the hot water onto the man, who received third-degree burns on his chest and arms, the police report said.

The man was taken to Florida Hospital Zephyrhills. His updated condition was not available Tuesday.

Robinson, of 5323 20th St., was arrested Monday. She is charged with aggravated battery and is being held without bail. The reason for her delayed arrest was not available from the Zephyrhills Police Department.
