At least before we had people who would stand up and fight for benefits and our future and had the council on our side no matter what politics they had to play. The pay and benefits were good .
We have only ourselves to blame for allowing Ralphie to come back to Dade. Many old timers told us so.. besides if "someone" at our agency.. TS would have done a proper background, he would not be here from all his skeletons.

Its only going to get worse, buckle up !
