Am I the only one that has noticed the similarities between our very own Major Oreste "Tico" Chavez and Hugo Chavez? Let's see how many things we can come up with. . . 1. Both are PRICKS.

both are pricks with small ****s

Both are SWINGERS, they like little South American Costa Rican girls.
