Sails

Is it true that the city would rather pay for new sails on a parking garage, than to pay for more police officers, and/or get raises for you guys? What is the deal with the silly citizen review board? You have to be kidding me... Is the panel prior law enforcement? Or they cop haters?

Those sails are costing the city $600,000.00 in addition to the 10 million dollars it's costing to build the parking garage. Heres another one for you, commissioner Kelly "The Whinner" Kirschner has convinced the other commissioners to build a city park at Bahia Vista Street and Orange Ave. The house that will be torn down to build the park will give Kirschners father ( a former commissioner )a clear view of the bay from his property. Now how convenient is that, not only does your view get better but the value of your home increases.

Remember the money is from a different account and they can't use it for the police department. Same old song and dance, we have lots of extra money in the city they just appropriate it for other things so it can't be used. At any given time the city has 18 to 20 million dollars available in it's general fund. So Why are they crying so hard about cash, well lets see, could it be because the city commision is on an all out blitz to destroy the police department or could it be because the city manager is a total idiot and has no idea how ro run a city. Case and point this is the same thing he did in Jupitor as city manager.

He is trying to make himself look good and at the same time set him self up for a bigger job some where else, well BO BO you did it, now move the #$%# on we don't need you any more. The mess you have created is going to take years is fix, so move on let us get started.
