I am an LEO with the state(not FHP, so please don't send me to the hood) and am transferring to the Orlando area with my family. I have done a lot of research and Hunters Creek is very appealing. I will be in the area in a day or so to look around, but I wanted to get information from some of you that might live or work in that area.
Is this area safe for families? What is the crime rate like? Etc.....
I want to rent for a couple of years, before I buy, to make sure the Orlando area is where I want to settle.I am going to look at The Cottages at Hunters Creek. Seems like a decent price in a good area with many restaurants, shopping etc....close by or walking distance.
If ya'll have any other suggestions(that is a dangerous statement , I know), please feel free to say it. Thanks in advance.
