Police Department Grievances

2009 was an exciting year for NMB pd. 23 grievances were filed and so far one of those grievances is pending arbitration. also 1 EOC compl. filed. city paid several thounsand dollars in ovetime violations because of the chief. NEVER IN THE HISTORY OF NMB PD HAS THERE EVER BEEN SO MUCH GRIEVANCES OR COMPLAINTS.

2010 started with a BANG......5 grievances. 2 law suits will be filed at the end of the month for the actions by.........you guessed it.....NMB01.

So when are we going go do the VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE??? Everyone says its way overdue but no one does anything about it. All these grievances and lawsuits arent enough? Come on.............IUPA lets get this ball rollin baby. Chief Failure has to be worried about the pending suits and grievances.
