Well I told him to watch who he talks to and to change his thinking because this is how they conduct their business. It's absolutely ridiculous but should be no big surprise. This should be a continued wake up call for ALL the staff, no one is safe from the malicious management style of the admin. Retention problems in the department, look no further than the do as I say, not as I do way of doing business. More departures to come....and I laugh everytime it happens. The problems not with the Officers or supervisors or the job they are doing. It's all the unecessary drama that's created from the top. watch your back, no one is safe.
