Representation

I just want to be the first to say that our Reps leave alot to be desired. How hard is it to drop this group and choose others?

If you do not like the reps you just vote for someone else at the next vote. If you do not like the orginization representing us thats harder to do but not impossible. In my opinion the issues we have is not with the main body only the local reps and it's only one or two of them. After the seniority bidding and the upcoming shift transfers I'm sure there will be others that will also want new leadership.
