In an effort to piss off the new administration, ALFONSO has parked his rental SUV in the flagami parking spot and refuses to return his rental vehicle. The poor DIP EX COMMANDER is upset. This is the same guy that said that the MPD was great. he now just talks about how he hopes this place fails....just like his marriage. because now he can only work 40 hours a week and then he has to go home and face the music.
