The accusations were made in public but as yet no apology in public. One error gets compounded with another.

The case was a violent felony offender and according to the law should have had such a hearing prior to being considered for bond. This is one of the new laws in reference to probation violators that came under the Anti Murder Act. Any Judge knows this so stop blaming probation and the police. Why did SPD apologize for something that a Judge is required to do by law. Where are the written findings that he should have been released?

Because they complained to the newspaper and said they informed the Judge that he was a suspect in a homicide when, if fact, They did not tell him anything about a pending case / charges.

Well nothing like reposting a month old article about an employee that has retired. Way to bring something new to the table. Get a frigg'n hobby or find something new to complain about, jeez.....get over it.
