Thank you to BL & HR. It took some balls to do what you 2 did, and I think its great, thank you very very vey much!

Please it takes balls to do that?? No my man you are totally missing the boat; what BL did was what he is suppose to do as a representative. Kudos to you BL for finally stepping up to the plate and hitting one out of the park. Not only was your time utilized wisely but you incorporated everything that needed to be said so that we did not look selfish in our plight for better working conditions. Your carefully crafted monologue was not only precise and to the point, it was well structured and thought out. But most importantly it was not inflammatory and it depicted us in the light that we needed to be seen in; desperate for better equipment and concerned over the safety of the people we are sworn to protect.
Only one negative thing though, if you are going to have a rep come on directly after you, they need to speak about a separate issue and not repeat what you just delivered.
GREAT FRUCKING JOB!!! LET'S DO IT AGAIN!
