Workers' Comp Injuries

It happens, but why is it that if you get hurt on the job it feels as though you're abusing the system or faking. Why do these doctor's document an injury as minor, but in reality it's major and could effect you for the rest of your life.

(1) You have a large bunch of abusers who are constantly on workers comp,
(2) the doctors work for the system, not you,
(3) half of these doctors are useless, that's why they work for the system.
