warrants

BBPD - Has your current or past administrators ever told you that you can't go looking for bad guys/gals with warrants or stop vehicles for equipment violations? Have they ever told you that back up on traffic stops is a time management problem and unneccessary, even if you need to write 3 citations and conduct a K-9 search? I do not know anyone working at your department, I am just trying to figure out what planet my administrators came from. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
