When will SPD filling the positions it got rewarded from the cops grant money? No one wants to work here, we have problems. This is a Indian police dept. looking for help. Some of us are talking with the chief but he will not listen. He keeps telling people to leave and they do. NO CONFIDENCE, HE HAS MADE BAD DECISIONS AND DOES NOT UNDERSTAND. See ya at the meeting.

after this I think it's background then medical if I'm wrong feel free to correct me..

I dont know about the steps really, if you are retired from someone else, the steps are app, interview, swear in. and you will be a captain in a month
