Ask yourself what are you afraid of? Are you thinking of letting it go by, without having your concerns addressed?

Guys, this will affect the rest of YOUR career! This is YOUR opportunity, for the first time, to have a say on the important aspects of your career, tell them what is important to YOU.

You need to be informed of the upcoming decisions that will have to be made, on YOUR behalf, by YOUR elected collective bargaining members. Please stop the misinformation, and ask for facts when someone talks to you. Hope to see you there on September 1-2, 2009, at 1900 hours.

Wouldn't miss it for the world. Most important meeting there is. Thanks to those who organized it.

Why would any Deputy fear going to this meeting. Just because you are in attendance does not mean you are for or against the union. It is simply a meeting to gain information either way, correct? NO FEAR

The person that posted this message leaves a lot to be desired, however simply making a statement like his does not say anything. Please post facts to support your argument.

Yes, please ask Fort Myers Police Officers what the advantages and disadvantages to having a union are. Ask how a representative helps during an internal investigation. Remember you can elect not to be represented by not paying any Union dues.
