The sheriff is going to charge you for insurance. Period. If you do not believe it ASK HIM!!!!!!!!!!!! Follow your chain of command and ask him. Ask him if he will put it in writing. Obviously he cant charge right now because PERC is in place. But the administration is planning to do it.
