Oscar Maturana, 35, was fired on July 14.
He was arrested around 3:30 a.m. Dec. 21 on charges of aggravated assault for allegedly threatening to "bust a cap" in patrons during an altercation outside the Club La Isla Del Encanto at 1969 S. Military Trail, according to sheriff's reports.
Those charges were later dropped, according to Palm Beach County Jail records.

A bouncer at the club told deputies Maturana pulled his gun during an argument, pointed it at a group of people and threatened to "bust a cap in all your [expletive deleted]," according to the report.
An internal affairs investigation found that Maturana violated department policy, Channel 12 reported.
