The Department of Justice is investigating the March death of Nicholas Christie in the Lee County jail, according to Larry King Lee County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson.
Nicholas Christie, 62, was restrained and pepper-sprayed in the downtown Fort Myers jail. The ME ruled Christie’s death a homicide.
