View Full Version : Ticket to a war vet

I just came back home from a one year tour in Iraq. This was my 3rd tour.
I have been lucky so far that I have not been wounded but seen a lot and
been in a lot of fights.

Well I returned home and was in civilian clothes driving in Queens and some
guy from my local preceint (114th) stops me for driving 10 mph over the limit.
I was going 40 on a 30 mph zone.

I showed him my military ID along with my NY driver license and car registration.
Can you believe he told me to but the military id away because he did not care.

He wrote me for speeding. I told him I had just returned from a war zone and he
shrugged his shoulders and turned his back on me.

Wow. I know I am not a police officer but I still wear a uniform and I risk my life
fighting for democracy. I've been in the army 7 years and have one more to go.
I am even thinking of applying in fact I have an application for the NYPD and the NY
state police that I am going to send them in before I get my honorable discharge.

I hope I don't sound like I'm crying over a ticket. A ticket is just a ticket I just did
not like the attitude.

You must have been pulled over by one of the union hacks who is loyal to the Democrat party. Union hacks are beholden to the liberals and the liberals hate the military.
My apologies, I never would bow down and swallow for the communists Democrat party.

You should read my post under NYPD in trouble. My incident happened in Queens also. (Arizamor club---sic??) Queens off Van W a few exits from Linden Blvd. Extremely unprofessional, and I did not look or act like a DB either.

Was the cop that wrote you african American or spictino? Don't lie, yes they were. Take the hit and realize the sand is becoming a far better place to live than the USA.
