Entering Confirmation Code

Is anyone else having trouble entering the confirmation code to post a thread on here?
They changed the codes appearance and I think the numbers/letters are harder to read.
I usually have 2 or 3 failed attempts before I get it.

I am using Internet Explorer and like many others, I'd rather not have an account. I was just wondering why they changed the background on the confirmation codes. It didn't always look like this. I'm not complaining about having the confirmation codes. I understand the need for them to eliminate spam. The background lines in the confirmation code box blend in with some of the colors of the numbers/letters when your color blind.
No need to get all defensive.
