SUBURBAN WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- An unidentified man is facing likely charged after a female sheriff's deputy claims he tried to attack her, while she was trying to question him.
The incident took place around 1:30 a.m. in the area of Westgate Avenue and Osceola Drive.
The deputy was in the process of questioning the suspect when he allegedly took a swing at the her.
The suspect then ran off, but was captured a short time later near a home along Cherokee Avenue.
Is the deputy ok???
