Speeding in neighborhood

Is it my neighborhood that keeps complaining and we keep getting that speed meter near the sidewalk, and that cop that sits in the Staples parking lot shooting lydar/radar whatever you guys are using to check speed?

Yes, normally the radar trailer is towed to neighborhoods or areas that have complained of speeding.
