Please tell me that the two choices for Traffic enforcement are not true? Is Traffic that desperate? Those two are the biggest POS we have.... I remember the one guy use to be so far up Sgt's azz, and to know what he would do while on duty!!! Why are the higher ups so blind when it comes to these two? Get rid of traffic all together!!! They are never there when you need them!!!!! These two were slackers when they were on a squad, now they are really gonna disappear!!!! Do yourself and the SO a favor and go away!!! You know that your worthless, so please do yourself a favor!!!!!

I agree that STEP that should be disbanded. They should be broken up in the districts
assigned to a shift and primary should be crashes. They are / were THI / DRE trained and havenever been used accordingly. They should NOT be covering escorts, EOC meetings, and permitted to make their own shifts. There are very few of them that are productive and they know who they are. They need to NOT be under Special Ops Division they need to be part of the district as a whole this would also add man power without creating addtional positions.
But the administration for what ever reason will not reassign them, they would rather run road patrol ragged.
