I know we are past the KJ era, and we now have a cop in charge of Fleet..but someone please tell me...
Did a district CHIEF in the south end really get told by a citizen his unmarked Charger needed a certain style of hubcaps because it looked too aggressive to be seen in the community?....And furthermore...he had to actually change it?
I'm sure its just a bad joke going around...right??
