Doing the Capt Shuffle

So, what you are telling me is now we have a Major, a Capt, two Sgt's, and a "lead worker" in DB. Remind me, how many detectives do we have?? How many Chiefs do you need over a small tribe of indians?? Not to mention Cassarino under Gomer...

I think the biggest problem that is screwing everything up is the fact that we have 4 majors (another Loizzo Mishap). Our agency should have 2 Majors and 5 Captains.
