guys leaving their special units?

Two guys leaving their specialized units in the same month? :cry:

Mandatory rotation will stop young officers from leaving. Too many do nothings doing nothing.

Mandatory rotation will leave the units with a bunch of half-ass members. People will just naturally leave when it is time for them. in some units it takes years for a guy to actually know his job. Maybe if supervisors did their jobs there won't be a bunch of do-nothings doing nothing.

It takes years to go to a two week IMPBA class for bike patrol?
It takes years to learn credit card fraud?
It takes years to have coffee across the street every day?
