Its a shame that most of the comments on this board are negative. But with this being the only forum that allows for dialog, the Sheriff is totally the blame for the problem. Hall has no dialog with his people (except the chosen few), and does not dictate to his majors and captains to come out, talk to his people, and stop rumors before they start. Just a little dialog on his part would go a long way to stem the morale issues that raise their ugly head in this forum. Hall is just the voters pretty-boy, its just a shame that the agency has to suffer through more years of his leaderless administration.
