our wonderfull midnight QSM-ER

I wounder if ANY brass will ever go up to the 4th floor and find out what is wrong with the "QSM-ER", who allways "confirms" and "verifies" everyone EVERY time they get on the radio! This is exrta annoying! Please make an SOP saying that her ears must be cleaned out weekly, or learn to listen...........maybe ever speak in a way that the po's can undrstand! :x

I heard that a dispatcher who quit wrote a very detailed letter to the chief about the way she was mistreated by the trainers and staff! I guess some people have self respect and dont want to work with a bunch of jerks who hate each other.

And I am sure he wiped his butt with the letter. As long as certain miserable individuals are training, we will always be short staffed. It is a way to keep the OT flowing.

actually no, the city manager got this letter also and has been in contact with metro's dispatch dept. They are willing to train ALL new hires because our own inhouse training sucks!
