Sawgrass Village: 70th & 49th

Hey PPPD,
I'm moving into Sawgrass VIllage. The townhome complex on 70th and 49th.

Two quick questions:

How many calls do you guys have in there? Is it a bad area or good area?

I'm getting an alarm, what is your false alarm policy (just so I know)

I don't know of any specific problems inside of Sawgrass Village.

As for our alarm policy. First three are free. Fourth with a twelve month period you get charged for. I believe the penalty is $50.00 but I think they get progressively higher as you get more false alarms within a twelve month period.
