How is PSLPD to work for? I have 10 years exp and considering applying to PSL. Do they pay for experience and is the dept pretty good overall? Thanks for any advice.

mixed bag. some good some shitty. most of the guys/gals are good but the middle mgt sux. leftovers from the old, not-so-bold days!
