What is the PBA doing for us?

i see jim diamond posting things on leoaffairs for lakeland PD.

i am not aware of ANYTHING he is doing for us.

no raise, no changes,not even his promises are different. our reps hold a meeting and don't tell no one about it except a select few. i guess they want to be reps again and get what they want to benefit only themseloves.

im thinking fop guys or at least new reps. its time for a change.

Our reps are doing more than any previous rep in the agency.

diamond was very honest when he said no raises but other stuff is coming.

the meeting was posted on the board for all to see.

get on board for a change instead of griping.

Nothing that's what they are doing for us. Only the reps represent themselves and their own intrests. You can't trust them they will kick you to the curb to get what they want. We are not being treated fairly and our ideas are not being taken seriously.

The union sucks and so does the reps.
