I hope this question gets some real responses and not just people bashing the agency.
I am considering putting in an application at your agency and I want to know what you feel are the strong and weak areas are. I have approximately 15 years in Law Enforcement and I am thinking of moving into Hernando from the county I work in now. I have also tried to get some information on the starting salary and the availability of off duty details there but so far have not had any real amswers. Any information would be appreciated.
