Who says that Florida doesn't have seasons? While the rest of the country has only four, Florida has a 5th: It's called FCAT. This season is characterized by the disappearance of a group called Species Administratus. This species can no loger be seen in their usual habits, such as lunch duty, hall duty, morning security, and removals from class. They also undergo a bodily change called Walkie Non-Listenus, wherein any transmissions not containing the phrase "FCAT" are usually not detected.

But alas, while Mother Nature takes 10,000 years to undergo life changing events such as celestial alignment and polar shift, we do it much quicker. This change comes about in only four years as the FCAT Season coincides with the Accreditation Season. The Accreditation Season is typified by the semi-disappearance of the Species Policias. This species goes into semi-hibernation as they attempt to read and memorize 30 new general orders all at once, coupled with having to take two separate blood-borne pathogen lessons and accompanying tests within the span of three weeks.

When these two events coincide, life forms known as students begin to emerge from their behavior cocoons, as the virtual disappearance of Species Administratus and Species Policias allows them to attempt patterns of behavior they would not normally try.
