I have to say that I am very impressed with your departments lack of posting on LEO Affairs. A lot of the nonsense on our board is just that "nonsense". Very Professional on your agencies part. :)

That's because they are scared, like at my agency. They talk all kinds of crap, good bad, and indifferent but will not post.

If you think that is a true, then maybe you need to find another agency to work for. Be grateful for what you have when so many people are losing their jobs and living in fear of the future.

I enjoy working for Largo. The people I work with are professional, polite, and good people. The supervisors actually care about the individual officer, and the admin communicates with the PD as a whole. In today's unstable workplace what more can I really want?
