I've checked the Bradenton PD's website and the information appeared somewhat out dated. Does anyone know the current starting pay (hourly/salary) for a full time police officer with no previous experince. Thank you

about 38K per year

It Went up this final year of our contract.

Starting pay it $39,000

Is there any kind of step program or increased pay scale or do you stay at what you start at? If so, how long and at how much does a basic road patrol officer top out at? Thanks again

14 steps max out base pay of $63,042 plus education pay, shift pay, and OT

Or just go work for Tampa PD and skip steps 1-10 !
