Public Saftey Diving

In reference to the Public Saftey Diving Class that was put on last year.....

How many teams/agencys/individuals went to the class?
Was the class informative to an actual court case situation or was it like so many other classes put on for law enforcement that havent had any valididty in 40 years?
If the class was a complete success is it going to be offered again?

My question would be who is putting this class on. NAPD, Dive Rescue or someone else.
