LEE COUNTY, Fla. - Lee County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Division Narcotics Unit arrested a Lehigh Acres man with $25,000 allegedly trying to buy cocaine on Friday.
Deputies tell WINK News they conducted an undercover operation in Lehigh Acres. They say Bhagwandin Shradhanand, 40, Lehigh Acres agree to buy three kilograms of cocaine for $25,000.
He negotiated the purchase of the three kilograms with detectives throughout the day. Shradhanand request that the detective give him the other two kilograms of cocaine and would pay the additional $50,000.00 within a two week period. Detectives agreed to this offer.
Detectives supplied Bhagwandin with counterfeit cocaine and was arrested.
