Praise to the Active Duty U.S. Secret Service

Big time praise to the men and women of the active duty U.S. Secret Service who regularly provide great service to our Nation. Kudos to the Special Agents, Uniformed Division Officers, technicians, specialists, administrative personnel...and yes, families for moral support. Praise, too, for the safety, security, law enforcement, and military personnel who steadfastly work with the USSS to protect our nation's values and way of life. Yes. The agents would be the first to tell you that they couldn't do their job effectively without the dedicated support of thousands of local police, the military and all of the other people you mentioned. Kudos to all of them.

Along with dozens of other agencies, both federal and local, the Secret Service had a hand in security for the Super Bowl in Tampa. Security apparently went well and the word I received was that inter-service rivalry was at a minimum.
