Banned Posters

Mod 557 has deleted several posts that violated the Terms of Use. I have banned 2 posters that posted Personal Slams against a named person. They were both banned for 7 days.

To quote the last poster:
"Wisdom is knowing the difference between free speech and cheap talk."

Taking it one additional step:
"Knowledge" is knowing the difference between free speech and cheap talk. Wisdom is the accumulation of our lifetime experiences, coupled with our knowledge base, that ultimately guides us in knowing when to keep our big mouths shut. One can have knowledge without wisdom, but one cannot have wisdom without knowledge.

I have a travel poster from the 80's that was issued by the Miami Beach tourist bureau. The poster shows a woman in a swim suit bottom only with a view of her nude back with scuba gear beside her. The poster reads See It Like A Native..Miami Beach.
This poster is 24"x35" in vivid color. Excellent shape. The Miami tourist bureau had banned this poster and issued recalls due to the fact it gave Miami Beach a bad view of what it really is.
My question is if this poster is truly banned and what it may be worth. Can you help?
