Sgt. CIT

I have a question for all of those new detectives: If someone battered the SGT. of CIT while he was involved in his normal duties would they also be charged with battery on the elderly in addition to battery LEO?

not only would it be a battery on an elderly victim, once we found the "mutt" who did this an old school arse whippin would follow. :x
