Rookie Sgt.

What was up with our new ROOKIE Sgt on midnights. He was out of control on Saturday Morning. Ordering dispatch to conitually tone units at TGK while disrupting the air for what could have been one of us needing to get on. What was his problem, doesn't he know the radios don't work that far. Wait, I guess he doesn't because he hasn't made an arrest since the 90's when he made two. Amazing how worthless individuals can get promoted and all of sudden they are all knowing even if they never did jack on the road or db or marine patrol. I am not sure what happened, but I do know he sounded like a rookie sgt trying to show he has power. Wisen up idiot, piss off your people and they will make u look like shit. god speed.
