Whats next

What's next at OPD? I recently heard that after the tax payers dropped all that money for your new report writting system, you don't even use it. How much money did that cost exactly? As a tax payer it makes me angry that this kind of waste goes on. Maybe you should pay some of your people more money and buy less crap that your not going to use. Maybe then the officers will stop complaining about pay. It's funny that you give officers tools to do their job then use their own handcuffs to restrain them from doing it efficiantly. That's a joke!
I suppoert Law Enforcement to the fullest, but I think losing Graham at the OPD is leaving a void, that can't be filled!
