Pachnek Leaving

Is Pachnek going to the moon? I heard he was doing some under water low gravity training for his voyage to the moon, anyone else hear this rumor?

I cat wait till one of the Assistant Chiefs are running the Department. I know things will be soo much better. Then all of the ills of the department will be fixed.
