Replacement patrol vehicles?

Pretty sad that patrol vehicles have over 115 thousand miles and still no replacements in sight! What is going on up there? Is it that people are promoted in positions that they are really not qualified to be in? Fill the field in.

Should be taking delivery of 35 or so in the near future + rigging and marking time. Some time after the new year best guess.

There are over a dozen trucks and a dozen more boats just sitting in the Jupiter office compound. Some have never even been issued. So why can't we just transfered them to another region who needs them? Oh wait, I don't understand the big picture. I don't realize the paperwork involved. I don't understand budgeting issues. Blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada.
