Jan-June 2008 Drug Arrests or Lack of Arrests

I am just curious as to why the Taylor County Sheriff's Department only made 3 Drug Arrests from January to June of 2008. This is according to the FDLE County and Municipal Arrest Data. This report is available at http://www.fdle.state.fl.us/fsac/ucr/index.asp.

Can anyone from the SO answer this? Capt Rice? Investigator Bratcher? Sheriff Williams? Curious minds would like to know.

Thats pretty sad. I made 3 felony drug cases in the past 2 shifts. Something is going on here.

The reported numbers for the Perry Police Department was 56.

The SO doubled their drug arrests during the last half of the year to 6. Perry PD droped down to 38. For the year, the TCSO made 9 Drug arrest, while the PPD made 94. Hell Game and Fish made 12.
