MDPD could've had him when they failed at the PIT on the TP and then when the guy was stuck at the intersection in Pompano and the officer got out of the car instead of blocking him in.

Those Beach Cops put their tails between their legs and went back to their City. The Beach is not the Beach anymore.

Hey critics STFU! If you weren't there, you have no authority to criticize! Given the weak chase policy, all involved officers did a great job -- none of ours got hurt, and in the final analysis, that is our first priority! WELL DONE, YOU GOT THE BAD GUY!

Maybe in the future, there come a Police Chief with the testicular fortitude and the proactive vision to include among the approved tactics in pursuit driving, a controlled-collision maneuver. One that is applied at a time and place where it is safe to engage it, with minimal risk to the involved officers and the motoring public; to be engaged only upon the approval of a command officer with the rank of lieutenant or higher. Granted, currently we may not have command officers with such fortitude, but in the future they might be molded, as leaders are made not born!

Appluase for the county. I didn't know you guys could pitt vehicles. You could tell the pitt was coming when that new car with the Led light bar backed off and that ghetto old crown vic with the wig wags came in, but come on bro gotta put some push into that. Anyway nice attempt. I'm sure that gave the boca guys some excitment besides writing old Yenta's tickets.

Anyone who thinks the officers could have done a better job is probably not a cop.

They did the best they could.
